The Text Errata has been updated. Seven new corrections are provided.

All of the basic sections of this website are now complete. Additional material will be provided as appropriate. In particular, there will be updates to the Text Errata and corrections made to site material. Anytime additions or changes are made, they will be indexed on this page.
